Conditions for Returns
1. Product Condition:
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or
flaws.
• Fashion products can be tried on for size but must remain unworn.
• If a product is returned in an inadequate condition, Packly reserves the right to
return it to the customer.
2. Packaging & Accessories:
• The product must include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies,
and accessories.
• It must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging. If delivered
in additional Packly packaging, it must be returned in the same condition.
• Avoid placing tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.
3. Return Documentation:
• Customers returning items at a Packly hub must collect and fill out a Packly Return
Acknowledgment Form and retain a copy.
• Ensure the order number and return tracking number are indicated on the return
package to prevent processing delays.
Returns Policy
• If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery, customers
must raise a return request within 14 days via the Packly app or website.
• For electronics & mobile phones, issues arising after the return period should be
addressed through the seller or brand warranty.
• Change of mind returns are accepted only for selected categories. (Refer to the Return
Policy per Category below.)
Valid Reasons for Return
• The product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or defective (e.g., does not
function).
• The product is incomplete (missing items/accessories).
• The product is incorrect (wrong product/size/color, fake, or expired).
• The product does not match its description or images.
• The product does not fit (size is unsuitable).

Electronics & Mobile Phones
• Change of mind is not applicable.
• Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
• Mobile phones are non-returnable if activated (SIM inserted or connected to Wi-Fi).
Fashion (Clothing, Apparel, Shoes, Accessories)
• Change of mind is applicable, except for items shipped from overseas.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags intact.
• Used items will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Beauty & Health (Makeup, Fragrances, Skincare, Personal Care)
• Change of mind is not applicable.
• Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.
• Non-returnable: All beauty services.
Appliances & Computing (Laptops, Printers, Home Appliances, Gaming)
• Change of mind is not applicable.
• Returns accepted only if damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
• Laptops are only returnable if dead on arrival (does not turn on completely).
Home & Living, Sports & Travel
• Change of mind is not applicable (except for fashion items under Sports & Travel).
• Returns accepted for defective, incorrect, or incomplete products.
Baby, Toys & Kids
• Clothing & accessories: Change of mind is applicable (excluding overseas shipments).
• Toys, baby gear, and hygiene products: Change of mind is not applicable.
• Returns accepted only for defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.
Groceries & Food Items
• Change of mind is not applicable.
• Returns accepted if the product is expired, damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
Digital Goods & Software
• Non-returnable.
• For software-related issues, contact the manufacturer.
Automotive, Industrial, & Pet Supplies• Change of mind is not applicable.
• Returns accepted only for defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.
• Non-returnable: Vehicles, installation services.
Issuance of Refunds

The refund period/process starts when Packly has processed your refund according to
your refund type.
The refund amount covers the item price and shipping fee for your returned product.
Refund Types
Packly will process your refund according to the following refund types:

quality check (QC) is successfully completed.
Refunds from canceled orders - Automatically triggered once cancellation is successfully
processed.
Refunds from failed deliveries - Process starts when the item has reached the seller. This
may take additional time depending on the shipping address.

Modes of Refund
• Bank Deposit: The bank account details provided must be correct, active, and contain
some balance.
• Debit or Credit Card: If the refunded amount does not reflect in your card statement after
notification, please contact your bank.• bKash / Rocket / Nagad Mobile Wallet: The refund will be sent to the same mobile wallet
used at the time of payment.
• Refund Voucher: Vouchers will be sent to the customer's registered email and can be
redeemed using the same email ID.

refunded or carried over to future purchases.
In case of a refund, any cashback received will be adjusted with the refund amount.
Refunds via voucher are not eligible for modifications.
